Can I Return or Exchange My Order?

I currently do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges to completed orders. If you have any issues with your order, please fill out the contact page ASAP so we can get any concerns resolved sooner than later.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow 5-14 days for your items to ship. I will provide a tracking number once items have reached the shipping provider. I will do everything in my power to package orders thoroughly. Please note, I cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to shipments once they leave my shop. Please fill out the contact form with any questions or concerns as soon as is possible.

Can I customize my order?

At this time, I do not offer customization on orders.
